Privacy policy

In short

This website is deliberately built to minimise data. We use no trackers, no analytics services and no advertising cookies. We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising. We only receive personal data when you actively contact us.

The controller under the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) is murmy GmbH, Riedstrasse 1, 6343 Rotkreuz, info@murmy.ch.

What data we process

Server logs. When you access the website, our server stores technical details (time, requested address, status code). The IP address is stored truncated (the last octet for IPv4, shortened for IPv6) so that no conclusions can be drawn about individuals. These logs serve secure operation and are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

Price calculator / enquiries. When you submit the price calculator, we send your answers, your email address and any free text to us by email so we can provide a first estimate. We use this information solely to handle your enquiry.

Spam protection. To prevent misuse we check technical signals (such as completion time) and limit the number of requests per network using a day-salted, non-reversible hash. We do not store any plaintext IP for this.

Contact by email. If you write to us directly, we process your details to answer your message.

Cookies

This website needs no cookies to function and sets none for analytics or advertising. That is why there is no cookie banner here.

Disclosure to third parties

We use an email service to send enquiry emails. Beyond that, we do not pass your data to third parties unless legally obliged to.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction and deletion of the data we store about you. To exercise it, contact info@murmy.ch.
